Warm but not hot...

Great product. Water does get warm just like it says. There is a fairly good flow loss with the pressure drop of the unit, which is noteworthy. I've hooked mine up to a sink in my garage. Warm water is better than cold water (especially in the winter). Very easy to install, if you are good at electrical and plumbing type work.

I replaced a 12-year-old model by the same manufacturer under the mop sink in our garage. The old unit was only fair at best, but it appears that the tankless technology has advanced since we installed the first one. This model actually gets quite warm in just a few seconds (in cold weather). It's not HOT, but just right for bathing the dog, car washing, and general use. At about 10" x 10", it takes up minimal space; and the price is right.
